NYC Chapter of NABMW Honor WWII Veteran Crescencia Garcia

NYC Chapter of NABMW participated in the birthday celebration of Crescencia Garcia, WWII veteran and 6888th Central Directory Battalion member (The only all black Black WAC unit deployed overseas) on her 102nd birthday.
