Vaccines for Homebound Individuals

Homebound seniors in New York City can now receive the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine at home. Homebound New York City residents who are currently eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine can make an appointment for at-home vaccination by visiting https://forms.cityofnewyork.us/f/homebound or calling 877- VAX- 4NYC.
